I’m Cody Tucker, a senior Digital Technologies and Culture major with an emphasis on Game Design and Production at Washington State University in Vancouver. I wear creative many hats, from music composition and mixing, to 3D modeling and animation, as well as some dabbling in design, drawing, and video editing. Creating is where I feel at home.
Playing, exploring, discussing, and creating video games in any shape or form has always been an important part of my life. Growing up in the wastes of Eastern Washington, most of my bored adolescence was spent making music, skating around, and absorbing any video game that came into my path. As I ventured out further in my life, I explored new cities and possibilities from Winnipeg to Seattle until I landed here in Portland, ready to pursue my goal of working within the gaming industry. I’m now a happy student living with my fiance Claire and dog Chico, spending most of my free time obsessing over mecha anime and rpg mechanics.
In this blog I would love to share some of my passion with anyone who wishes to follow. From just playing some games I play normally to sharing my creative endeavors, it all is housed under my love for the medium.
